Micropenis and Frankenstein’s Double Standard

I am dreading this dinner with her, and Idk how to handle her.

My MIL refused to eat anything I cooked & ran into her room crying saying how horrible I was.

I made dinner for 6 people, a 15 lb ham, and a 22 lb turkey and all the sides.

Fast forward to christmas she tells me I can cook as I am having severe complications from the surgery.

Unfortunately they were all recipes she has never tried before and we all know how this usually goes. it tasted horrible, no one ate and we tried to put a smile on our faces.

Its been a constant competition with her The best example I have is this: I asked her if it would be possible for me to cook thanksgiving dinner since two weeks before christmas I was going to be having a double hernia repaired in my stomach.
