But anyways after basically not talking to me for a week he randomly sent me a long snapchat message at 2am telling me he's interested in me but thinks we should be friends.

But lately I started to notice he was starting to distance himself from me ( cause he's a bad texter and is always busy is his excuse). We are both in university and he's in the military program but I don't think anyone is ever to busy for anyone.
